
👉 Warned me that I should be careful who I provide information, such as bank account details, and that to prove who he was, he was now going to send a code to my phone that would come from them (my mobile provider) 👉 Spent lots of time to walk me through the plan and their proposal to make things right for me, whilst making sure I understood at each point. 👉 Re-assured me that they will improve the customer service

I thanked him for calling and he diligently went into why they were helping to support their customers and making sure that they retained customers by offering a discount against contracts as a good will gesture. He seemed like a very nice person to start with, actually asking how my day had been and introducing himself as a customer support advisor from my mobile network provider and he was calling to apologise for all the network issues that had been occurring. So yesterday.I actually got told off by the Fraudster who was trying to access my phone account, he called me an idiot and said that I should be ashamed of myself for wasting his time!
